Stephen G. Dent’s career has included many finance and investment projects since finishing graduate school, and he has been primarily involved in the areas of finance, acquisitions and investments since 1982.

After spending three-years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Stephen became part of the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Company. In addition, Mr. Dent joined Rosenkranz & company, a private investment partnership that managed acquisitions for their own accounts, before he left to form DCI in 1986.

Dent Inc. is an investment banking firm that’s headquartered in Greenwich, CT. Stephen is the company president and oversees all of the company’s investment activity.

Stephen is a licensed CPA and has obtained both a BA and MBA from Harvard University. When he’s not working, Stephen enjoys spending time with his favorite hobby, marine life; something he’s loved ever since he was a boy.
